Early involvement with you and your designers enables Ardun Construction to give special attention to costs, quality and project scheduling.
Ardun Construction will provide you with an accurate cost estimate which will allow you to make informed budget, quality and schedule decisions. By comparing your selections against historical costing information we are able to calculate reliable estimates for both your construction schedule and budget.
Your construction schedule is established in accordance with you and Ardun Construction's quality subcontractor team. We review your schedule weekly to assure construction maintains our commitment to on-time delivery. Timely payments to all of Ardun's subcontractors and suppliers minimizes hold-ups and keeps a higher moral during the project.
Scheduled meetings will include the selections of colors, products and layout. Ardun Construction encourages you to communicate any of your questions, concerns and desires throughout the project so we may address and resolve any issues before they become problems.
Quality assurance is our primary commitment. Upon completion of your home, Ardun Construction repeatedly checks to make sure that specifications have been completed to your fullest satisfaction. During our final walk-through together, we will note any outstanding items that need to be addressed or completed to guarantee superb quality.
